This is getting ridiculous
I am guilty of "Hate speech and hateful behaviours" according to TikTok
My latest live stream on TikTok was taken down for “hate speech and hateful behaviours”, and I have been given yet another 7 day suspension as a result.
Unlike the last live stream which was taken down for what I believe was merely a misunderstanding of quote I was repeating, this time I have absolutely no idea why I was given a community guidelines strike and suspended for 7 days, especially considering they deduced I was engaging in “hate speech.”
I have appealed the suspension, but it was immediately rejected.
I have uploaded the entire recording for you to watch below. If you can figure out why TikTok have decided I was engaging in “hate speech and hateful behaviours”, please email me and let me know.
If you to can’t understand why I have been punished, I would appreciate it if you could email TikTok and ask them why they are punishing good people for spreading the truth with good intentions - I have tried in the past but their responses are gobbledegook.
Watch a replay of the full live stream for free on Rumble below, I thought it was rather good up until it was taken down for my hateful behaviour:

“They would have all of their followers reach out to the nursing boards to basically attack them in several different ways,” he said. “And so it was very much a situation where if you didn’t support Team Halo, you were part of the problem.
“I mean, Nicole’s [Sirotek] entire life was put on display for the world to see because of Jess and Tyler. They posted her car and where she lives. We knew all about Nicole, like in and out, intimate details of her because of what Jess did.”
Hardy also said that because Team Halo and TikTok had an agreement, TikTok didn’t apply the same community standards to Team Halo members’ accounts.
“When you go with Team Halo, you get special privileges,” he said. “TikTok lets you basically bully and harass people and do things that other people can’t do, and you don’t get the community guidelines violations. You get whitelisted.”
